Our popular Sharpham Rustic is a semi-hard cheese made with Jersey cow’s milk. Its refreshing, lightly tangy flavour delicately balances the milk’s richness with a lovely, crumbly texture. Nothing quite like it is unique to the Southwest. Made in large cheeses and little truckles, they make the perfect addition to a cheeseboard or to a cheese wedding cake.
