Zweigelt is deliciously unusual red grape variety which is found in Central European countries such as Austria & Hungary. The fruit is sourced from south facing vineyards and after fermentation 10% of the wine spends 5 months in oak barriques.Red Cherry and plums aromas jump out of the glass leading to a vibrant, vigorous palate of spicy, gently oaked red & black fruits.

Tom Foot and Neil Grigg produce exceptional milk from pasture-fed cows using mobile milking parlours. The result? A traditional Dorset cheddar with real depth and character.
