'The Friday Shift' starting Nov 20th
Life in the Bride Valley moves with the rhythm of the land, but even here, modern routines can pull us out of sync. Starting Friday, 20th November, we are delighted to host The Friday Shift: Seasonal Survival in the Bride Valley, an intimate weekly gathering led by Lucinda from Lensomy.
Every Friday morning from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, a small group gathers right here at Modbury Farm Shop for a grounding greeting with the animals, followed by a gentle 10-minute stroll across to Berwick HQ. The 3-hour immersion focuses on cyclical alignment, calming breathwork, and simple daily rituals to keep your battery protected as the colder weather sets in.
Mid-morning, everyone pauses for warm drinks and delicious treats sourced directly from our farm shop.
Whether you are a local looking for a steady weekly anchor or a visitor needing a seasonal reset, there is no rigid commitment—join weekly, monthly, or whenever you feel called.
Because space is kept calm and personal, each session is strictly limited to 8 people, and booking is now open for the opening morning on Friday, 20th November (£40 per person):
