While our digital sanctuary reaches across the seas, our "In the Room" sessions are held right here in the soil of Dorset, designed to align you with the natural rhythms of life through a steady, 3-hour ritual.
The Arrival Ritual: From Shop to Sanctuary
Your journey to the School of Joy begins at the heart of the valley.

The Meeting Point: We meet at Modbury Farm Shop (DT6 4NE). Please park your vessel here and take your first deep breath of the fresh Dorset air.

The Farmyard Greeting: Our ritual begins right here in the shop yard. You’ll be greeted by the animals who live and breathe the farm rhythm every day. Their steady, grounded presence is our first "Lensomy Anchor."

The Mindful Walk: Once we have gathered, we walk together across to the neighboring farm of Berwick, the home of our Lensomy HQ. This transition is part of the 3-hour journey—a chance to leave behind the noise of the outside world and ground ourselves in the landscape.

Weather Wisdom: Our classes honour the elements. If the Dorset sky is heavy, we gather at the Farm Shop and car-share the short distance to the house, ensuring everyone stays warm, dry, and looked after.

What to Expect in the Room

Inside our HQ at Berwick, the kettle is always on and the energy is held with unconditional love. Each class is limited to just 8 students, creating a calm, intimate space for your "Internal Alchemist" to exhale.
Nourishment for Body & Soul: During our mid-class break, we enjoy hot drinks and treats sourced directly from the Modbury Farm Shop. Every bite and every sip is an ingestion of the care that defines our corner of the Bride Valley.

The Vision
