This highly esteemed bittersweet apple was originally found in a hedgerow in Somerset by a Mr Dabinett.  He saved the tree and propagated it.  The Dabinett apple is now renowned for it's high quality single variety cider. 
This is a single orchard, medium-dry authentic cider using Dabinett bittersweet apples.  It is still, full juice, smooth and wildly popular.
All the Dabinett apples are organically grown at our local Cider Farm "The Dorset Nectar" located 9.3 miles from Modbury Farm Shop in West Dorset.
