  • I first tasted Cette Nuit Sauvignon Blanc in 2015 and thought, what an exceptional combination of quality and value. I still think the same today. People often ask me what I drink…this is what I drink. It comes from the western Languedoc in the South of France. It is 100% Sauvignon Blanc produced by the Foncalieu Cooperative. It has a lovely, delicious, citrus fruit nose. With an equally delicious palate of lemons, limes, citrus, a little bit of body and lovely acidity. Perfect as an aperitif, with Pizza or a fish dish.
