Denhay Back 500g Bacon
Denhay award winning dry cured bacon is made using only British outdoor bred pork from RSPCA Assured Farms. They dry cure it by hand and mature the bacon slowly before slicing. This traditional method results in wonderfully flavoured and succulent rashers of bacon.
Smoked back bacon is lovely and moist, beautifully sliced with just the right amount of fat for the perfect cook. Gently smoked over beech wood to add a touch of smokiness to the flavour.
