I create, make and bake in the bakery, which is nestled on David Foot’s Higher Ashton Farm, right in the middle of the countryside (on Gould's Hill). I love seeing the wildlife including hares and deer and watching the cattle! And I cook a bit too.

Our customers especially love her Scotch Eggs and Marmalade Sausage Rolls.

We have weekly deliveries of fresh cakes and always put some away in the freezer so nobody goes without. From Christmas through to summer Lizzie changes her recipes and ingredients to follow the seasons so always something new to look forward to.
