Meet Sophie the founder of farm girl sausages

We are based in a beautiful small Dorset village called Holt near Wimborne. This is where we produce high quality handmade meat products.

All our meat products are gluten free and only contain natural ingredients. Our award-winning sausages and burgers only contain meat and seasonings no fillers bread or rusk. We believe in a more natural approach to food producing. We also believe in supporting our British farmers, by using locally sourced meat.

 We are trying our hardest to be more eco-friendly in the production and process of making our food products, by making sure our packaging is compostable, and our vacuum-packed products are packed in a recyclable plastic.

Lucinda met Sophie on a Farmers Market in Dorchester and tried one of her gluten free sausages for the first time. It was love at first bite!

As a coeliac Lucinda doesn't eat much processed food due to their lack of substance and gluten free meats like burgers etc are typically the worse. So to have a meaty , tasty bite that reminded her of her childhood when sausages weren't full of fillers was a pleasant surprise!

From that day onwards we have been stocking Sophies mouth watering sausages in all of the flavours including chicken.
