All of Chris Huns produce is made in small batches using home grown ingredients wherever possible from our neighbouring village in Burton Bradstock. All her fruit is home grown including the vegetables and herbs without using pesticides and often grow heritage seed varieties.

With no artificial ingredients and the only preservative being sugar . Setting agent (pectin) is either apple or lemon and sometimes both.

All jams and preserves have a waxed greaseproof disc on the surface and a cellophane liner in the lid. With their cloth hats they make great gifts and make every pantry look pretty!

No need for refrigeration once opened as long as they are stored in a cool dark pantry or cupboard. Chris works from her cottage style kitchen armed with food hygiene certificates and public liability insurance and plenty of glowing reviews with a list of returning customers.
